Meanwhile Commander [[Matthew Noonan]] has infiltrated the planet itself, aided by the Senousian [[Prefect Lashette]], finding the surface populated entirely by men with the women, asleep, connected to the Dreamworld in subtarrenean suspended animation pods. Meanwhile the Silverado, commanded by Lieutenant [[David Stern\|Stern]] and the hastily repaired Senousian fleet comes under attack by the Matrians. Recaptured, Wowryk tries to convince the Matrians to trust men again, but is interrupted as the Dreamworld starts to collapse. The distraction proves good enough for Stafford, Wowryk and Sylvia to free Jeffery, and escape back into their bodies. 			With the Dreamworld destroyed the Matrian men no longer find themselves controlled, and Silverado is spared as the Matrian fleet, entirely composed of men, free's themselves from the grip of the Mistresses and begin thinking for themselves once again.
			Silverado leaves Matria behind having rescued Jeffery, however the rescue was not entirely successful: the collapsing Dreamworld dumped the crew's conciousness back in the wrong bodies.
