Paul Briggs

A celebrated interior decorater, fashion designer, and hairdresser, Paul Briggs is closest on the crew to Kelly Peterman, and in fact designed her wedding dress ("Prior Engagements" [VEX]). Briggs also helped the Explorer through some tough design and color scheme problems, and runs a respectable fashion/design/hair salon on the second floor of Ship's Shoppes, USS Explorer's mall.
