Entropy

Entropy is the name of a construct built by a long-forgotten race. At its nexus is a fifteen kilometer diameter faceted dodecahedron which shines with an inner radiance that slowly shifts along the color spectrum. A network of webbing ten kilometers in "height" spreads from the dodecahedron's surface. An unsettling property of Entropy is that the structure entire is ever shifting to new configurations...but movement is never seen while it is directly observed. A temporal barrier known as the Time Shell prevents close examination of Entropy by insta-aging to oblivion anything which approaches nearer than two hundred kilometers.
