A planet which at one time was located in the Delta Quadrant ("Leader of the Flock" [VEX]), which, thanks to complicated alien technology, got transported to the Alpha Quadrant ("Birds of a Feather" [VEX]), was host to a species of humanoid penguins, known rhetorically as "Homo Penguinis." No one knows the whereabouts of the planet now, and frankly, no one cares.
