Incongruous Voyages
Franz is the secretary to Soledad Sanchez Rios, informing her that the HQ for Dillon Consoritum Accounting Division has burnt down. ("The Incongruous Arrival" [IV]). Alongside Sanchez he is assigned to the S.S. Hansean. He plays a drum in the ship's marching band ("United Colours of Cardassia" [IV]).
