A device attached to Scott Baird before he was allowed to become the Supervising Refit and Repair officer of the Deneria Dry Dock. Jaroch and Hawkins were forced to deactivate the filter so that Baird could swear and help save the universe from Forever. ("Please Hold For Oblivion" [TRK])
