Head of the Orion Syndicate operation on Sargonis. He lived in a cabin on a mountain near one of the planet's ski resorts. Beck broke into his cabin to steal back the item the Orion Syndicate stole from Starfleet Intelligence. He was arrested by the Sargonis authorities for defacement of public property after he and several gallons of snow slammed into police headquarters. ("You May Meet a Stranger" [WAY])
