Starfleet Intelligence operative assigned to retrieve a stolen item from the Orion Syndicate on Sargonis. Beck hit on him in a bar and ended up saving his life and completing his mission. After Sargonis, he and Beck had a fun couple of weeks together on Starbase 78. ("You May Meet a Stranger" [WAY])
