FOBBER stood for Foes Of Bain Bearing Eternal Rage. The members of the group were Gridloo, Pridloo, Damm, Dr. Lenik, Rear Admiral Lorgander Delk, and Thot-Phul, all of whom had suffered at the hands of Reginald Bain.
