The Pliggeri are one of the Milky Way galaxy older species, and their homeworld was deep in the Beta Quadrant. The Pliggeri created the Cerebe as a helper species to assist the Pliggeri in various tasks. As part of this, they established Gathering Point, the world where the Cerebe went when they expired.

Pliggeri are lanky orange beings with four arms.
