Gathering Point

Gathering Point is the Pliggeri name for a barren world in Romulan space that serves as the final resting place of expired Cerebe. It is watched over by a Pliggeri named Chindela. (Music Of The Spheres [BG])

After the Anomaly took Jacinda there following her expiration, Chindela shrunk the planet (himself included) into a tiny cube that Cabral carried inside him. Cabral determined that he must take Gathering Point to the Pliggeri’s new home in another galaxy and eventually stole the Anomaly to get there. (Going, Going, Gone... [BG])
