Edgeworld
A planet marking the end of Multek space. The Multeks believed that beyond that world was just vast quantities of empty space. The USS Secondprize visited Edgeworld on Stardate 50218 and found what appeared to be a deserted resort complex. Soon after, the away team was kidnapped by a Multek ship. (Star Traks 5 [TRK])
Several years later, after the Multeks and the Federation had established official contact, the Romulans took over Edgeworld and attempted to set up a colony there. They were driven away by the Waystation command crew acting in secret, since the Federation could not be officially involved. (Romulans On The Edge [WAY])
In the late 25th Century, the Dillon Consortium forced the Multeks to hand control of Edgeworld over to them as part of a planned financial conquest of the Multek Enclave. The Consortium delivered supplies to the site to begin renovations as well as a stasis pod containing Tori Burke, who was to oversee the project. Soon after this, the Multeks hid their entire Enclave inside a pocket universe.
Approximately twenty years later, the USS Anomaly accidentally found the Enclave. The Allegra ended up crashing on Edgeworld after a run-in with the barrier of the pocket universe. Commander Vioxx and his team raided the Edgeworld resort and the supplied the Consortium left there to repair their ship. They also ended up activating the stasis tube and awakening Burke, who they took with them when they left Edgeworld.
