A silly, hippy-esque, afroed equivalent to Andy Baxter who resides in the Happy Universe ("Happy to See You" and "Worlds Apart" [VEX]). Came to the "normal" universe in 2376, imitating the good captain and giving he and the Explorer a bad name ("Many Happy Returns" [VEX]). Saw action again that same year, this time harassing Commander Jaroch and Counselor Claire Webber ("So Happy Together" [TRK]).
