A frighteningly large and intimidating race of half-lizard, half-insectoid creatures who range in size from three to four meters, equipped with claws, compound eyes, rows or razorsharp teeth, a hunger for humanoids, and a cutting wit (The Road To Nowhere - Pt. 2 [VEX]). The Flarn empire was virtually wiped out by the Borg in late 2374 (Process of Elimination Pt. 3 [VEX]).
