Il Cekir

Il Cekir was a Section 31 agent assigned to watch over the James T. Kirk Hologram that was being stored in a secret Section 31 facility. His wife and lifemate Il Sakka thought he designed computer interface modules for Starfleet for Koduatek, a private contractor that had supplied Starfleet with its computer panels for centuries. When dealing with the Kirk hologram, Il Cekir went into the buffer housing the hologram disguised as Montgomery Scott. The Kirk hologram figured out the ruse, though, and killed Il Cekir as the first part of his plan to escape from the Section 31 facility. (Illusions Of Grandeur - Part One [BG])
