Warder

General Warder was a member of the Orion Evrion Movement and associate of Thoblo. He and his associates were attempting to ravage the worlds of the Federation with a Botanical Retrovirus. After Rosalyn killed Thoblo by yanking him off a cliff on Nartoth, Warder followed Rosalyn and her husband Reginald Bain to Gulfbreeza in an effort to force her to give him the virus. Rosalyn was able to turn the tables on him and take Warder and his assistant Imedla into custody. (Vacation 31 [BG])
