Gulfbreeza

Gulfbreeza was a planet used as a safe haven by Section 31. It didn’t appear on any star charts, it wasn’t detectable on long range sensors, it was shielded against landings or beaming down unless you had a code, and even if you did beam down, you had to have a genetic marker or you were held in a forcefield and Section 31 alerted. After Rosalyn Bain killed Thoblo by yanking him off a cliff on Nartoth, Warder followed Rosalyn and her husband Reginald Bain to Gulfbreeza in an effort to force her to give him the Botanical Retrovirus they planned to use to ravage the worlds of the Federation. Rosalyn was able to turn the tables on him and take Warder and his assistant Imelda into custody, and she was determined to find out how Warder found out about and got access to Gulfbreeza.
