Flarn
A frighteningly large and intimidating race of half-lizard, half-insectoid creatures who range in size from three to four meters, equipped with claws, compound eyes, rows or razorsharp teeth, a hunger for humanoids, and a cutting wit (The Road To Nowhere - Pt. 2 [VEX]). The Flarn empire was virtually wiped out by the Borg in late 2374 (Process of Elimination Pt. 3 [VEX]). By the 26th Century, the now-omnipotent Megan Hartley ruled the Flarn as the goddess Mega and reshaped their society to focus on performing good deeds for the other species of the Delta Quadrant. After Mega left to rejoin Mirk, the Flarn decided to return to their previous ways. (God Complex [BG])
