Lotok

Lotok was the Chancellor of the Flarn Assemblage and the species primary contact with the Goddess Mega, who ruled them in the 26th Century. Lotok gave Mega lists of the good deeds the Flarn had done for the other species of the Delta Quadrant. Mega was actually the now-omnipotent Megan Hartley, and she threatened to destroy the Flarn due to a marital spat with Mirk. When Mirk came to talk to her, he made Lotok vanish out of existence. The crew of the USS Anomaly discovered the entire situation was part of a game to keep their centuries long marriage fresh. When Hartley left to rejoin Mirk, she waved Lotok back into existence. Captain Reginald Bain explained to him that Mega was gone and that the Flarn had the right of self-determination. Lotok decided to return the Flarn to their previous ways of attacking and eating smaller species. (God Complex [BG])
