Ens. Jacob

Second in command of the large secuirty contingent of the crew of the USS Devonshire. Originally from the freezing colonies on Titan, Jacob is proving to be a rareity aboard the ship, someone who actually enjoys his job on the ship of the "dumb and dumbest". With his sights set firmly on becoming a fully fledged Lieutenant in the near future, he's gaining a reputation as a hard task master (In secret, he just wants others to go do the dangerous stuff for him, so he can reap the rewards!). Known to possess a huge collection of old Earth B-movies from the 20th century, he has trouble convincing the women of the ship to come watch them with him, not because of himself, but because his taste in movies sucks!
