Matrian Sector

The Matrian Sector is a region of space near the Federation frontier. Roughly 6 weeks from Waystation, the Matrian Sector is home to the Matrian Empire and the planet Senous. The Matrian Sector was originally visited during the first season of Star Traks: Silverado, though it was not referred to as such. It as later revisited in the fourth season of Silverado, where it was revealed that Senous had become a Federation member planet and that Matria Prime was about to be given membership status. A subspace relay was deplyed by the USS Silverado to facilitate communication between the Matrian Sector and the rest of the Federation.
