Publication distributed to Starfleet vessels in the 23rd Century - hidden amongst the computer files and also as a hardback ringbinder affair, usually available to only select officers, such as the Captain, 1st Officer and Chief Engineer. Commander David Conway used a version of this manual to save the USS Aerostar during one of it's earliest crisis.
