After an extended shakedown and repair period to bring the ship back up to normal operations after the Selskan battles, Starfleet assigns the [[USS Devonshire]] to deliver a vital cargo of personnel to the outer rim colonies. What command neglects to mention is that the entire ensemble are from the FedNet hairdressing college and have some strange ideas about what it means to hitch a lift on an active-duty Starship. Throw in a nebula scanning mission for good measure and you've got all the ingredients for a classic Traks "Ooops" mission.
