When the Vulcans blockaded the Romulan Empire by putting a fleet in the neutral zone, Rorshak was trapped with a group of Senators. He got a message to the Anomaly asking for assistance. Captain [[Reginald Bain]] sent a team made up entirely of his Romulan officers in an unmarked raceabout to retrieve them. The Vulcans caught up with the raceabout, but Prosak had the Romulans pose as a theater troupe. The Vulcans believed the gambit; although, they hated the show Prosak and company put on. Rorshak was the Romulan ambassador to the Federation in the 26th century and the father of Prosak. He calls his daughter Boogles. Rorshak disapproved of Prosak's RommaVulc associates and attempted to show her that she had grown beyond them by bringing them with him to an official reception on board the USS Anomaly.
