What do you get when you cross a competent command crew with a ship of less than desireables? Read on to find out!!!
A huge unknown craft of immense power and believed belligerent intentions is hurtling towards the very core of the federation and there's not a single ship of the line in the fleet that can even attempt to head it off at the pass.... well, not quite none.
Sitting in Spacedock, almost completed her refit, the USS Devonshire is preparing to depart on her new mission to solve the threat of the anomalies which have been causing havoc for her and her crew lately. Sadly, she's short of a commander as Stone is serving his penance for crimes against the federation at a series of primary and kindergarten schools across the Earth. Fortunately all is not lost, and Starfleet's greatest hero steps into the breach, literally. Admiral James Tiberius Kirk assembles his command crew and sets out aboard the oldest ship in the fleet to save the day. Hopefully.
