Totap

Totap was one of the past lives of Lieutenant Commander Tovar of the USS Anomaly. He was trained in Mk’gy’vr, the art of making advanced weaponry from little or no useful parts. When Tovar was taken by the Associates and forced to be a homemaker in their testing facility, Toflay emerged and created an energy weapon that he then used to attack the Associates' facility.
