Borax

Commander Borax was a Krenim and the commanding officer of LAP/TOP 64. LAP/TOP 64 was cut off from communicating with the Federation when a rogue group of Green Borg took their transmitter and other equipment. Following that, a White Borg cube arrived and tried to convince Borax and crew to be assimilated. The USS Anomaly arrived, retrieved most of the stolen equipment, and thanks to Lieutenant Shelly Marsden was able to get the LAP/TOP operating again. (What Color Is Your Borg? [BG])
