White Borg

The White Borg was one of the Borg groups created after the Great Factioning. Members of this Collective considered assimilation to be the path to spiritual enlightenment and would attempt to convince the unassimilated to join them rather than assimiliate them by force.

After a rogue group of Green Borg stole the transmitters and other equipment from LAP/TOP 64, the White Borg arrived and attempted to convince the LAP/TOP crew to join them. The USS Anomaly was sent to investigate when Starfleet lost contact with the LAP/TOP, and the White Borg tried to convince its crew as well before a Red Borg sphere smashed a hole through the White Borg cube while trying to destroy the Anomaly. The entire White Borg cube was later destroyed in a collision with the cube of the rogue Green Borg sub-collective. To make up for the loss, the Green Borg Manager gave the White Borg a table at the Green Borg Collective of Bargains where they could attempt tell shoppers of the spiritual enlightenment to be found in assimilation.
