LAP/TOP 64 was a Starfleet Listening Analysis Posts/Tactical Observation Post located in the Delta Quadrant near BorgSpace. It was cut off from communicating with the Federation when a rogue group of Green Borg took their transmitter and other equipment. Following that, a White Borg cube arrived and tried to convince its commanding officer, Borax, and crew to be assimilated. The USS Anomaly arrived, retrieved most of the stolen equipment, and thanks to Lieutenant Shelly Marsden was able to get the LAP/TOP operating again. ([[What Color Is Your Borg? [BG])
