Commander Borax was a Krenim and the commanding officer of LAP/TOP 64. LAP/TOP 64 was cut off from communicating with the Federation when a rogue group of Green Borg took their transmitter and other equipment. Following that, a White Borg cube arrived and tried to convince Borax and crew to be assimilated.
