Richard Theroll

One of the bureaucrats assigned to Waystation's colonization administration office and the leader of the station's Society for Creative Anachronisms group. Theroll was displeased with Lieutenant Commander Craig Porter, who was also a member of the station's SCA group, for shutting down Waystation's main power systems to save the station from a storm, which prevented the group from battling in the holodeck.
