Potluk

Potluk was the commander of the Romulan warhawk sent to the Neutral Zone to investigate the explosion of a transmetaquantaprotophasic weapon, which is banned. He blamed the USS Anomaly and demanded to send an inspection team to the ship. The situation had actually been created by the members of FOBBER as part of a revenge plan against Reginald Bain. When the warhawk and the Anomaly did not start firing on each other, Dr. Lenik beamed explosives into both ships, hoping that each would blame the other. Commander Prosak realized what was happening in time to prevent serious damage to the Anomaly. Then, as a gesture of trust, she had the Anomaly extend its shields around Potluk's ship while also making it appear that they had both been destroyed. Potluk believed Prosak and provided sensor readings showing the course of the cloaked FOBBER ship. The Anomaly crew helped Potluk and the Romulans repair their vessel.
