Julia Arroyo

Julia Arroyo was the mother of Ensign Hector Arroyo of the USS Anomaly. Julia and her husband Senator Escobar Arroyo were very concerned about their son's dating life and when he would be getting married. In order to get them off of his back, Hector faked an engagement to Janie Tyler (The Ties That Bind [BG])

After giving up his physical form and joining with Lucinda, Hector Arroyo appeared to his mother to say goodbye. She asked if he was just going to abandoned his fiancee, to which Hector replied that he was never actually engaged. He disappeared without responding to Julia's demands for an explanation.
