Mega-Sphere

The Mega-Sphere was the form the computer system running the Pliggeri homeworld took as it interrogated Cabral and Dr. Natalia Kasyov. It was literally a giant version of the sphere that encased Cabral and other Cerebe like him. The Mega-Sphere determined that Cabral and Kasyov would be sent to the Pliggeri as data and the homeworld destroyed to prevent its technology from falling into the hands of the child races of the galaxy. Lieutenant Shelly Marsden was able to free Cabral and Kasyov, and they were able to beam back to the USS Anomaly before the computer completely destroyed the planet.
