Negrek

Vice Admiral Negrek was a Romulan and the commander of a facility in the Yatooi Sector where officers from the USS Anomaly went to get the scout ship Allegra. While they were there, Negrek tasked the Anomaly officers with retrieving the Warhawk Zocor, which had been stolen by a group of Klingons led by Chynok, telling Commander Vioxx that he would be given command of the Zocor if he was successful. Once the Zocor was retrieved, Negrek told Vioxx that he lied about Vioxx getting the Zocor, and the Anomaly officers took the Allegra back to their ship. (A Hawk In Hand [BG])
