Nelg

Commander Nelg was an astronaut on a space station above the planet Dirt. Shortly after completing a broadcast from the station to schools across the planet, he and his fellow astronaut, Mossirg were contacted by the SS Clydesdale. After his initial panic at finding out there was other life in the universe, he put the Clydesdale in touch with the leaders of the planet. ("Reign of the Clydesdale" [TOS])
