Noomik

Noomik was the Chancellor of the Organized Nations of Dirt and was more than happy to unconditionally surrender the planet to Dr. Janet Corbair and proclaim her Empress. She kept him on as her Chief Dirty Advisor and Attendant. In order to get Corbair off of the planet, Mike Harper claimed that the sandwich Noomik was delivering to Corbair for lunch was a devatasting weapon, forcing them to flee (In actuality, they were taking Corbair to prevent their ship from being destroyed by the First Federation). Mike tried to convince Noomik that this was a good thing. Once the Clydesdale crew left, Noomik reformed the Organized Nations of Dirt and banned sandwiches, since they were obviously far too dangerous to keep around. ("Reign of the Clydesdale" [TOS])
