Prefect Telfidi

Ruler of the planet Senous, Telfidi led her people in an attempt to capture the USS Silverado. Her people wanted to use the ship to defend themselves against the Matrian Empire. While her attempt was successful, the ship was retaken by Lieutenant San Jall and Lt. Commander Simon Jeffery. Shortly after the collapse of the Matrian Empire and the formation of the Matrian Republic, the Senousians petitioned for Federation membership.
