Damm was a psychotically murderous Ferengi female and member of FOBBER. Her teachers at Early Merchant School praised her sales skills, and later she worked as a junior analyst for the Dillon Consortium. All the while, she was keeping her homicidal urges in check. She wanted to kill a lot of people but give each of them the personal attention they deserved, so she came up with a fake timeshare presentation. She reserved a room at the Rigel Inn and rigged all of the chairs with electric shock systems to stun their occupants. Unfortunately for her plan, Admiral Kristen Larkin brought Captain Reginald Bain to the presentation, with the idea that he might want to get a timeshare on the resort planet of Caspia for his wife, Rosalyn Bain. Bain accidentally knocked off his commpip and was on the floor looking for it when Damm activated the stun chairs. The energy surge shorted out Larkin, but Bain was completely unaffected. Damm charged over demanding to know why they weren’t unconscious. In a rage, she attacked Larkin and quickly discovered that Larkin was an android. She ripped off Larkin’s head and flung it at Bain, catching the captain in the gut, then continued assaulting him. Unwilling to hit a woman, Bain tried multiple times to talk Damm into ceasing her attacks on his person. Finally fed up, he knocked her out with one punch. Damm was sent to an institution after this and barely escaped with her insanity intact. (The Bain Of Our Existence [BG])
