Phillip Harper

The owner of the Associated Worlds Network, the holovision network headquartered on Waystation, as well as several other businesses. Harper visited Waystation soon after AWN started broadcasting and promised to rein in his reporter, Joan Redding. Harper and Captain Lisa Beck were immediately taken with each other.
