Totap

Totap was one of the past lives of Lieutenant Commander Tovar of the USS Anomaly. He was trained in Mk’gy’vr, the art of making advanced weaponry from little or no useful parts. When Tovar was taken by the Associates and forced to be a homemaker in their testing facility, Toflay emerged and created an energy weapon that he then used to attack the Associates' facility. Once the Interloper life force was removed from Tovar, Totap was one of three primary life forces vying for control of his body during a visit home to Earth. Eventually, Tovar was able to get them all to work together to create a device to immobilize the Cardassian terrorist Fubar, who was threatening to kill Rosalyn Bain. (The Ties That Bind [BG])
