Bollux

Bollux was the captain of the Multek ship Goobly in the 26th Century. He made contact with the USS Anomaly after the Starfleet ship accidentally breached the pocket universe containing the Multek Enclave and led the group of eight ships that towed the crippled Anomaly to Multos (Right Where We Left It [BG]).
