Colonist supply store started on Waystation by Bradley Dillon. (Star Traks 5 [TRK]) After his huge financial windfall, Bradley built a much larger store on the renovated Waystation and started opening Dillon's Supply Depots all over the Federation, including on the USS Explorer.
