Captain of the S.S. Hansean.

Formerly in command of the S.S. Spallanzani, Reimann was handpicked to command the Hansean by Admiral Aamdbrbp. Leaving his old ship behind and only taking with him his assistant Henry Labrapoulos, Reimann's first job was to get his crew together, a crew that now included his estranged wife Soledad Sanchez Rios who had been placed on board after her Accounting offices had burnt down. Taking the senior crew on a training exercise in the holodeck he was unaware that a piece of the Nuabgar Nebula, a leaving present from the crew of the Spallanzani, broke free and accidentally killed most of the crew while attempting to befriend them. Reimann was able to pursue and capture the sentient Nebula on board the Hansean, and once again after it escaped to the Taklamakan Desert (The Incongruous Arrival, Out for a Smoke [IV]).

When the Hansean visited Cardassia Prime he became aware of civil unrest and strikes which had the planet on the brink of civil war. Reimann negotiated with the business owners and union leaders and eventually managed to reach an agreement, despite interference from Starfleet. It was at this point he rekindled his relationship with his ex-wife Sanchez (United Colours of Cardassia [IV]). He was a witness to an Antidean divorce ceremony after Giuseppi Lombardo drunkenly married a local fish-woman (The Fishy and The Elderly [IV]). Months later he ably led his crew after a pirate EMP attack disabled the ship and the universal translator despite a limited knowledge of English (Babel Talk [IV]). At the end of the year he hosted renowed geneticist Dr. Pendrick Baxter on board the Hansean. Reimann was taken prisoner by Baxter as he succesfully recloned the creature Jabobo, he was released but not in time to stop the crazed scientist. Having captured them he planned on turning over Baxter, his assistant the Second Coming of Chuck Norris and Jabobo to Starfleet, but was unable to when they escaped. During this he officially got back with his wife, moving into her larger quarters (Jabobo 2.0 [IV]).
