Slocum

Slocum was the captain of the Vulcan sehlat class ship that captured the Raceabout Silverwood while the Romulan officers from the USS Anomaly were attempting to smuggle Ambassador Rorshak and several Romulan senators past the blockade put in place around the Romulan Empire by the Vulcans. The Silverwood had had all Starfleet markings removed, and Commander Prosak was able to convince Slocum that they were a theater troupe. Slocum believed the gambit and requested a performance for his crew. The Vulcans disliked the show Prosak and company put on, and Slocum sent them on their way. (Once More, With Feelings [BG])
