Thot-Luss

Thot-Luss was a Breen scientist and commander of the Regularity, a Breen ship capable of accessing DeanSpace. Luss wanted to defect to the Federation and had his crew kidnap Subject 341 from the Neptune Research Station. He was able to convince Subject 341 to help him defect. They made contact with the USS Anomaly, and with the help of Captain Reginald Bain and his crew, they were able to make the Breen think the Regularity was destroyed and deliver it to Starfleet.
