This circus was used by Admiral Hitori Sulu to gather personnel and resources for the Next Federation. Starfleet Intelligence Agent Samantha Dallas became suspicious of the circus' activities and made it her mission to prove that they were up to something. She discovered that they were transporting ship components as well as recruiting Starfleet cadets into the Next Federation. Several members of the circus were arrested on Waystation attempting to steal a subspace generator from Dillon Enterprises. The remaining members of the circus continued to work for Admiral Sulu until their capture by Dallas and Agent Batyn. With this event and the failure of the Next Federation, the circus disbanded.
