Jackson Loomis

Jackson Loomis was the CEO of the Dillon Consortium in the early 26th Century. Like all CEO's before him, he wore a blue suit, which actually contained the minds of all of his predecessors and helped guide Consortium policy. Loomis was also a fan of making an impression and lurked in a darkened conference room in the hidden Dillon Consortium complex on Waystation Prime for dramatic effect. Following the loss of the Multek Enclave and several Consortium ships suffering damage, all due to Captain Reginald Bain, Loomis set several revenge plans into motion. First, he tried to blow Bain up with an explosive that was sent to the USS Anomaly. That failed. He also assigned Tori Burke and Snotch to gather information from Bain's crew, and finally kidnapped several of Bain's officers with the intent of brainwashing them into speaking out against Bain and joining the Consortium. Bain chased Loomis down, and Loomis got the unpleasant experience of being on the receiving end of several punches from the angry captain. Loomis attempted to hit Bain with an unfinished piece of equipment that ended up electrocuting Loomis. Before he died, he told Tori Burke to put on the suit and made her CEO. (Legend Of The Bain [BG])
