A Bolian Starfleet Intelligence admiral who was secretly working for Admiral Hitori Sulu as a part of the Next Federation conspiracy. When Agent Samantha Dallas got too close to discovering that the Crazy Condor Circus was transporting starship parts to the Next Federation, Gitt partnered her with Agent Batyn and assigned the pair to cases no one else in Intel wanted. (The Cruelest Cut [TF]) Later, he had Dallas committed to Tantalus V after she again got close to the circus.
