Dr. Elizabeth Aldridge went to Tantalus V to visit Rebecca Singer in order to get a better idea of what she could expect from the USS Secondprize crew. Singer tried to kill her. Starfleet Intelligence Agent Samantha Dallas was committed to Tantalus V for continually interfering in the affairs of the Crazy Condor Circus. (The Best Times We Never Had [VEX]) When Founder and Chairman of the Society for the Pursuit of Truth, Kolem Arigo, went insane after he failed to achieve his lifelong goal of exposing Section 31, he was shipped off to Tantalus V.
